Tap Timer may not be scheduled as desired
- Ensure your timer clock is set to the current date and time, ensuring AM/PM is also correct
- Ensure your WATERING DAYS, START TIME and RUN TIME are all set correctly as desired
- Ensure your schedule is assigned to your desired watering ZONE correctly
- Ensure your tap timer is set to AUTO once all schedules are set
Water pressure may be too high
- Check the flow rate and pressure of your tap:
- Tap timers need to operate within a particular range. Refer to the product details of your tap timer to ensure it is operating within the correct range
- To check the flow rate of your tap, you can perform a bucket test by following these instructions
- Try adding a Pressure Reducer (VPR200) to your system, between your Tap Timer and the tap
Tap Timer may need to be closed manually
- Manually close the outlets by following these instructions:
- Set the tap timer to AUTO
- Press MANUAL
- Press +to set a manual run time to 1 minute and let this duration lapse
- This will close the outlet
- If you need to close additional outlets, press ZONE to select the correct outlet that is running and follow the above steps again
