Location permissions may be denied on your mobile device
- Ensure location permissions are allowed on your mobile device as these are required for Holman Water to work correctly with your Bluetooth® Tap Timer (CO3015)
Bluetooth® Tap Timer may be locked
- Perform a hard reset on the Bluetooth® Tap Timer (CO3015) by removing the batteries for 15 minutes
iGardener™ app may be used instead of Holman Water
- Ensure the correct Holman Water app is being used to connect to your Bluetooth® Tap Timer (CO3015)
- Click here to download Holman Water to your iOS or Android device
- Note that the iGardener™ app is not compatible with the Bluetooth® Tap Timer (CO3015)
Bluetooth® Tap Timer may not be compatible with your mobile device
- Check your mobile device is compatible with the Bluetooth® Tap Timer (CO3015):
- Apple iPhone 5 (or later)
- Samsung Galaxy S5 (or later)
