Why won't my Garden Lights and/or accessories plug in to each other?

Our Garden Lights are currently available in two different systems:

• 2-Pin Plug and Socket - Warm White
• 4-Pin Plug and Socket - RGB Colour

These systems are not compatible with each other and require separate controllers, lights and cables to operate correctly.
