Having had a similar challenge with getting the sync to work with Weather Underground, I realised my mistake had been to be inputting the station ID and then my website password into the browser when re-doing the station set up, and not the STATION KEY! Make sure you use the station id, which will be listed in the credentials page for your station when logged into Weather Underground.

Hi all having the exact same problem as all above I have checked and rechecked ALL settings are correct even deleted and added the weather station again all to no avail !!! would seem that nobody from Holman Industries wants to answer or they do not have the answer and this is a random issue only happening to the odd unit here and there ???

Hi there Holman peoples can you PLEASE come back with a solution as I am absolutely positive that my weather station is the only one in my little coastal town as it was registered as number 1 so pretty obvious anyway that weather data I would have thought would be rather useful.

    please get a solution !

    Cheers Chris ;-)

    Hi Holman,

I was hoping that someone could provide some assistance.

After 8 hours trying to setup my 'Aspect Wi-Fi Weather Station' I have the following issues:

    1. Device status was noted as offline for several hours after the completing setup

    2. Wi-Fi is connected but the LCD Screen show that the Wi-Fi is still Syncing.

    3. The LCD Screen shows Barometer data but no Wind / Rain Index Data.

I have checked ID / Key but can't seem to pinpoint the problem.

    Thanks

    Michael

I have the same problem (weather station 'offline' after setup) and waited hours.

Holman, you have six prior requests for the same proble and not responded to any of them, furthermore only six of 76 people found your Q&A helpful.

What customer services options are available to us?

    Hi James,

I don't know this will help but I manage to get sync with the weather device through trial and error.  I have access to the rain / wind data by deleted and registered the device and reset the LCD screen.  I hope that helps.

Also I found the following responses from Holman on a product review website:

Please email support@holmanindustries.com.au or call 1300 716 188 - we'd be happy to hear from you and talk more about your station.
    Your Holman Team

    Thanks Michael, I appreciate it.

I was able to get the main console (indoor piece) syncing with the weather station on the roof by removing and replacing the battery from the main console and pushing the reset button on the weather station.

From there, the data uploaded automatically to Weather Underground.
