My KRX controller isn't showing the correct watering delay
For iOS app users:
- Please exit the user interface and return to the Holman Home home screen
- Tap on your KRX6/8 to restart the user interface
- Now the Watering Delay settings should be correct
There is an issue where certain information is unable to be updated after bringing the KRX6/8 user interface from the background into the foreground. It's best to close Holman Home (rather than leaving it running in the background) after use.
My KRX controller isn’t showing a start time in the app after an outage – how can I fix this?
After an outage (Wi-Fi or power), you may notice that there’s no ‘Next Watering’ showing in the Holman Home app. If your starts are enabled (shown below i.e Start A Enabled), simply exit the KRX in Holman Home (go back to the home page) and re-enter again – this will refresh the app, and you should see the next watering restored.
