⚙️ Troubleshooting & Maintenance
If your sprinkler is ticking or moving slowly, it may need cleaning or part replacement.
🔧 Common Fixes:
- Clean the gears and drive shaft
- Replace the internal shaft or motor assembly if worn

🧰 Servicing the Drive Shaft
Follow these steps to inspect and clean the drive shaft:
- Remove the spray arms and black plastic T-Bar from the top.
- Use a 10mm Allen key to remove the brass hex shaft (drive shaft).

Inspect the shaft:
- ✅ If undamaged: lubricate the screw section with Vaseline
- ❌ If damaged: replace the shaft
- Reassemble and test the sprinkler.
🧼 Cleaning the Gearbox
If you notice build-up or damage:
- Remove the back wheel assembly to access the gearbox.
- Clean with CLR and a toothbrush to remove mineral deposits.
💡 Tip:
Keeping the drive shaft hand-tight and lubricated helps prevent leaks and mineral build-up.
