- Check Valve Direction:
Make sure the valve is installed with the arrow pointing in the direction of flow. - Coil Position:
The coil (the part with two wires) should be screwed down hand-tight.- If it's loose, the valve may operate manually instead of electrically.
- Bleed Screw:
Ensure the bleed screw is tightened.- Loosening it will also cause the valve to run manually.
