Holman Wi-Fi Hub:                                                           WEP/WPA/WPA2/WPA2 PSK (AES)

Holman Helios Wi-Fi Weather Station:                           WEP, WPA/WPA2, WPA/WPA2 PSK (AES), WPA3

By ensuring you have the correct security selected (in addition to checking your 2.4gHz is broadcasting) you shouldn't have problems with connection to your device
