Step-by-Step

• Before retracting the hose turn off the tap
• Tug the hose to retract
• Slowly walk the hose back
• Pull the lever on the hose gun to release water pressure

Caution: Never leave the hose to self-retract, always walk it back into the reel. If the hose is left to retract without control you risk breaking the spring, or injury to yourself and others when the hose stopped ball (or hose gun) hits the case with force.
