If you're experiencing issues with your unit, follow these steps to check for power:
1. Initial Power Check
- Inspect the controller to determine if the unit is receiving power.
- The issue may be related to the transformer or switching adaptor.
2. Safety Note
- This unit operates on 12V DC after the transformer.
- The following steps can be safely performed with the unit plugged in.
- If you are not confident performing these steps, turn off the unit at the power source until the board has been exposed.
3. Accessing the Controller
- Open the controller unit.
- Locate the smaller quarter panel at the bottom.
- Use your fingers on both sides to gently flick it out.
4. Removing the Main Panel
- Once the quarter panel is removed, you’ll see a screw on each side securing the larger panel.
- Unscrew both screws.
